Located in the Lawrence Park neighborhood, an original 2 storey home 3,700sf (343.74sm) built in the 1970s with a two car garage was completely gutted. The renovated interiors and a new one/two storey rear stucco additions increased the home to 4,500sf (418sm). A new front addition was designed over the attached garage with new stone/stucco façade and a open covered porch.
