Located in the Lawrence Park neighborhood, an original 2 storey Georgian home with a one storey addition and a third floor/attic bedroom was completely gutted while retaining the existing footprint. A new front façade design clad in limestone/stucco and open contemporary interiors has transformed this formal 3,000sf (279sm) into a new modern home.
